The obesity social media (#obsm) community is dedicated to increasing awareness of and improving access to unbiased, evidence-based obesity treatments.

Since the #obsm chat was launched by five physicians in 2016, the #obsm leadership team has expanded to include patients, advocates, and allied health professionals. In addition to monthly chats, the #obsm hashtag unites all who are committed to ending the stigma surrounding obesity and supporting individuals with this disease.
